o    2007: Started Wallmakers 

o    2008: Received award for low cost eco-friendly house from ‘Save Periyar’ Pollution Control Committee. The house was constructed for Lakshmikuttyamma (a cancer patient) and was sponsored by Padma Bhushan Dr. K. J. Yesudas .

o    2009: Received 'India Today eco-friendly house of the year' (South Zone) for Valsala Cottage, Mavelikkara, India

o    2009: Valsala Cottage featured in Ar. Rahul Mehrotra’s book ‘Architecture in India’

o    2012: Appointed by the Head of the Mallankara Syrian Orthodox Church to reconstruct the first Syrian Orthodox Church in India (1660) while retaining the original foundation. Constructed in Mattanchery, Kerala. The construction was flagged of by His Holiness Dalai Lama.

o    2014: Received the NDTV Award for ‘Weekend Home for Asif Ahmed’ at Kakkathurth

o    2014: Won the competition to build the Kochi-Muziris Biennale Pavilion. The pavilion is the largest Conoid ever built using ferrocrete.

o    2015:  Received NDTV award for St. George Orthodox Church, Mattancherry (Winner: Architecture Award- Institutional and Jury Commendation: Socially Relevant Design) and for the Residence for Mr. Biju Mathew, Pathanamthitta (Winner: House Award- Climatic Zone- Warm and Humid)

o    2016: Winner of IIA National award for St. George Orthodox Church, Mattancherry (Institutional category)

o    2016: Received Vanitha Veedu Architectural Awards for Best Home (Residence for Mrs.  & Mr. Kurian Philip) and Best Public Space (St. George Orthodox Church, Mattancherry).

o    2016: Citation for Biju Mathew Residence and for Mattancherry Church at the MERIT LIST 2016-17.

o    2017: Commendation Prize of HUDCO  DESIGN AWARDS, 2016 for St. George Orthodox Church, Mattancherry (Green Buildings category)

o    2018: Second Award for "Chirath Residence” in the International Sustainability Award 2018.

o   2019: Honourable mention in Design that educates, 2019 edition for IHA Residence.

o   2019: Honourable mention in Design that educates, 2019 edition for Chirath Residence.

o   2019: Chirath and IHA Residence selected amongst the 300 best houses in the world and will be exhibited in Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

o   2020: Honourable mention in Design that educates ,2020 edition for Shikhara ,conducted by the Laka Foundation, Germany.

o   2020: Selected by ArchDaily as the only Indian practice in the 20 Young Practices of 2020.

o   2021: Shortlisted for the Brick Awards 2022 for Pirouette House

o   2022: Won the Royal Academy Dorfman Award 2022 in recognition of the practice’s innovative use of materials and sensitivity to local context and climate, instituted by the Royal Academy of Arts, London.

o   2023: Won the Best Earth Builder Award 2023 at the Wallpaper* Design Awards 2023
