Wallmakers have collected a portion of the fabric from the weavers, that had been damaged in the 2018 Kerala floods that affected Chendamagalam to create a pavilion at the “Our Time on Earth” , an Exhibition on Climate Change at the Barbican Centre,
       
     
 The collected handloom fabric has been draped over steel frames and coated with lime and soil to make these ‘Clothcrete’ screen-stands and seats that are a floating reminders of the catastrophic effects of climate change.
